What’s been happening:

My dairy career has encompassed a wide range of responsibilities including production management, R&D, technical service, product management, and sales. I am married with two grown sons and live in Birdsboro, PA.;the birthplace of the American Pioneer, Daniel Boone. My wife is teacher's aide in the local Elementary School. I enjoy, attending PSU football games, golf, and woodworking. I have built up a reputation as a good dairy products troubleshooter, and have helped many dairies throughout the US make cottage cheese, sour cream, buttermilk, yogurt, and ice cream. The local dairies around where I live all call me to help solve their problems. Some of by best PSU memories were being in the Blue Band (although it took up a heck of a lot of time!), performing concerts in Eisenhower Auditorium including participating in an opera, frisbee in the Quad, intramural football and bowling, and playing pinball late at night in downtown State College.
